VANCE AFB, OKLAHOMA!
Wait, didn't we just come from OK? Well, God isn't quite through with the Edwards-Oklahoma combination yet:) We should be there sometime in April of next year. At least it is a bit more northern than Altus is; and in a more populated location; and of course, a wonderful homeschool state! Thanks for all the prayers!
btw, little "bump" is doing well... kickin' Mama's hiney with lots of nausea, but what else is new?:)

Can't the Air Force send you somewhere like Hawaii or Fiji for a change? Surely you all deserve that.

Well... I suppose Vance it is. My Girl will be happy at least since now we will have a very good reason to visit OK again now. :)
I have been there and they have some really, really fun things there in town. Like their children's museum. VERY FUN! Huge playground there to lose your kids in. ;)
I think the Nances lived there and may have some more ideas as well.
I was so hoping you all would move here. The house across the street has been waiting for you. ;)

LOVED my base house....I will say this was back in 1998-2000....suppose things could have changed ;)
Our first two kids were born there...my awesome OB is no longer delivering babies...
Meadow Lake park was a huge family fun time for us....
We didn't go to this park too, too much...kids were a bit young...BUT It's GREAT!! http://www.leonardos.org/
OK CITY is less than 2 hours away....a bit closer, way shorter feeling drive than from Altus.
AND you'll be like just 6 hrs (if I remember correctly from us at Scott) YEAH...we can have a good ole' Altus reunion....
Yes, I have fond memories of Altus....
How funny! Back to Oklahoma! I have a friend that was at Vance for a while, and loved it there.
